Our Procedure

Shipping Policy

We offer 100% free shipping to customers in the UK, USA, Canada, and Australia.
For all other international destinations, applicable shipping charges will be added at checkout.
Some shipments may be subject to custom duties or import taxes depending on your country’s regulations. In such cases, once the order reaches the destination country, the customer is responsible for paying any applicable customs charges.

Order Cancellation

  • After 7 days, cancellations will not be accepted.

Return and Exchange Policy

  • Returns and exchanges can be requested within 15 days of delivery.
  • Requests made after 15 days will not be accepted.
  • Exchange shipments may take 10–15 days to be delivered.
  • Refunds are processed only after the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Refunds may take 15–20 business days to reflect in your account.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • A restocking fee may apply to returned products.
