• As most of our jackets are made to order, we keep minimal inventory and purchase raw materials specifically for each order.
• Therefore, we cannot cancel orders if the cancellation request is received after 12 hours of order placement.

Refunds & Store Credit

• 100% store credit is provided if the customer chooses to return a product for a refund.
• A 25% restocking fee will apply on returns or refunds, and shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
• Refunds are processed within 15–45 days, depending on the case, and are credited to the same payment method used for the purchase.
